International student who is a citizen of an African or European country other
than France.

graduate from an accredited public university by the ministry of higher
education in their country. Private colleges or universities, eligibility is
determined when the file is reviewed.

enrolled full-time for two semesters for which scholarships 2015-2016 (winter 2015 and summer 2015) are granted.
Target audience: The students Africa or European country (other than
France) can apply for these scholarships.

excellence by offering scholarships to foreign students who are citizens of an
African or European (other than France *) country and are admitted to a
master's program at the University of Laval.
